Su’z Career Counselling is led by Suhasini Taneja, who has more than 2 decades of experience in the fields of fashion, design, and education. She is a certified career counsellor and through this counselling platform, she aims to reach out to students at all levels of learning as well as professionals, who are looking to define a clearer career path for themselves. She also runs a knowledge sharing collaborative platform called Su’z Kitchen and this counselling service is a part of the same body.

Suhasini brings over 20 years of expertise in fashion education and design. An alumnus and ex - faculty member of NIFT, her primary focus, along with teaching, is mentoring and guiding students through their academic journeys while helping them navigate their career choices. Throughout her extensive career, she has taught and mentored hundreds of students, guiding them on their professional journeys. As a certified career counsellor, she supports school students, graduates, postgraduates, and professionals seeking clarity about their career paths and options.

She also works as a design and academic consultant and on projects related to content creation. 

Suhasini collaborates with various universities and institutes as a guest faculty member, mentor, and jury member. She takes pleasure in working with students and enjoys the process of sharing knowledge and experiences. Her talent for connecting with individuals and understanding their concerns about their futures, work, and careers has enabled her to assist students and professionals in aligning their career paths with greater ease and clarity.
